• Starter for synbiotics fermented pineapple (FPA).

Set up the Synbiotics fermentation facility

• Pineapple :         10 kg (chopped into small pieces)
• White CapTM :      25 gram (2.5 gram per kilogram of pineapple)
• NaHCO3 :                1 kg (10% base on total weight of chopped pineapple)
• Water :                     90 liter 

Direction:

• Make sure the tank is large enough (at least 2 times larger than the solution to be ferment). 
• Ferment for at least 24 hours (stir well occasionally). 
• Filter well and mix 200 ml per 1 kilo of pellet prior to feeding. 
• Storage for 10 days after first use.
