White CapTM

  • Starter fermentation of wheat flour (FWF)
  • Reduces the running mortality.
  • Reduces toxic gas.
  • Competitive exclusion against harmful pathogenic bacteria.
  • Creates synbiotics (probiotic and prebiotic) in situ.
  • Establishes biocolloids in situ for pH balances.
  • Enhances the development of zooplankton.

Application : Apply daily until pH is locked.

  • Area :                              1,000 sqm2
  • Wheat Flour :                  3 kg (3 ppm)
  • White CapTM :             7.5 gram (2.5 gram per 1 kg of wheat flour)
  • NaHCO3 :                       300 grams (10% base on total weight of wheat flour)
  • Water :                             6 liter

-Make sure the tank is large enough (at least 3 times larger than the solution to be ferment).

-Ferment for at least 12 hours (stir well occasionally).

-Broadcast the FWF throughout the pond while aerations on.

-If pH fluctuating problem were still exist, can repeat the same application the next day or until the running mortality is reduced.

-Make sure the pond D.O is above 5-6 ppm at all time.

-Alkalinity above 180 ppm.

-Check for minerals (i.e. Ca+, Mg+, K+)  and vibrio plate count before and after.

-Once the turbidity reaches 30 cm or less, stop applying FWF and maintenance at 30 cm throughout the cycle.
