Red CapTM
- Replaces of toxic chemical treatment.
- Reduces the turbidity in water.
- Competitive exclusion against pathogenic bacteria.
- Enhances higher alkalinity and mineral from input water.
- Reduces sticky protein foam.
- Eliminates suspended solid in water.
- Enhances higher survival rate.
- Works in fresh and seawater.
Application for water treatment for Broodstock:
High turbidity, low alkalinity, low minerals and high bacteria load:
- Add 2-4 grams of Red CapTM per ton of water with strong aeration for at least 48 hours prior prior to use the water.
Low turbidity, moderate alkalinity, minerals and moderate bacteria load:
- Add 1-2 gram Red CapTM per ton of water with strong aeration for at least 24 hours prior prior to use the water.
Check for alkalinity, mineral and vibrio plate count before and after.
Artemia hatching tank (enhances hatching rate):
- 1-2 gram per tank.
Green CapTM
- Reduces sticky protein foam.
- Improves transparency of pond water.
- Reduces the formation of zoothamnium.
- Helps complete the nitrogen cycle, lowering TAN ammonia, nitrite and nitrate.
- Competitive exclusion against pathogenic bacteria.
- Reduces suspended solid, BOD/COD, thereby increasing dissolve oxygen in situ.
- Reduces water exchanges.
- Works in fresh and seawater.
Application :
- 1-2 gram per ton of pond water.
- The application rate may vary, depending upon an organic accumulation from the system
Yellow CapTM
- Starter fermentation of wheat flour (FWF)
- Competitive exclusion against harmful pathogenic bacteria.
- Establishes biocolloids in situ for pH balances.
- Creates synbiotics (probiotic and prebiotic) in pond environment.
- Enhances the development of zooplankton.
Application : Apply daily until pH is locked.
- Tank size : 10 cum3
- Wheat Flour : 200 grams (20 ppm)
- White CapTM : 0.5 gram (2.5 gram per 1 kg of wheat starch)
- Water : 1 liter
Direction for use:
- Make sure the tank is large enough (at least 3-5 times larger than the solution to be ferment).
- Ferment for at least 24 hours (stir well occasionally).
- Filter well and broadcast throughout the tank while aerations on.
- Broadcast the FWF throughout the pond while aerations on.
- If pH fluctuating problem were still exist, can repeat the same application the next day or until the vibrio load is reduced.
- Make sure the pond D.O is above 5-6 ppm at all time.
- Once the turbidity reaches 30 cm or less, stop applying FWF and maintenance at 30 cm throughout the cycle.
White CapTM
- Direct top dress over pellets.
- High concentrated probiotics to assist shrimp defense to withstand highly stressful conditions.
- Hydrolyses shrimp feed allowing nutrients to become more abundant to shrimp.
- Improves feed conversion ratio (FCR).
- Works well in fresh and seawater shrimp farming.
Direction for use for enhancing feed:
- Dissolves 0.5-1.0 gram of White CapTM with 100-200 ml of water and mix directly over pellets, sufficient for 1 kg of pellet.
- The application rate may vary, depending upon body weight.
