Bioshrimp-2

Red CapTM

  • Starter for rice bran fermentation (FRb)
  • Establishes zooplankton and biocolloids in situ prior to new stocking cycle.
  • Creates Synbiotic (prebiotic and probiotic ) in situ.
  • Copepods natural zooplankton can be used as post larvae feed till juvenile stage.

Set up the facility:

  • Tank Capacity :            100 cum3
  • Rice Bran :                   10 kg (100 ppm or 10 kg of rice bran per 100 cum3)
  • Red CapTM :                  25 gram (2.5 gram per 1 kg of rice bran)
  • NaHCO3 :                     4 kg (20% base on the total weight of rice bran)
  • Water :                         40 liter

Direction for use:

  • Make sure the tank is large enough (at least 3 times larger than the solution to be ferment).
  • Ferment for at least 24 hours (stir well occasionally).
  • Filter well and allow on the liquid to broadcast throughout the tank while aerations on.
  • Filtered rice bran can be reprocess in the fermentation tank till dissolved or pulverize them into liquid.
  • Stocking the new cycle after 7 days of initially dosage of synbiotics.
  • Make sure the pond D.O. is above 5-6 ppm at all time.

Maintains natural live feed after stocking (Daily):

  • Tank Capacity :           100 cum3
  • Rice Bran :                  500 gram (5 ppm or 500 gram of rice bran per 100 cum3)
  • Red CapTM :                1.25 gram (2.5 gram per 1 kg of rice bran)
  • NaHCO3 :                   100 gram (20% base on total weight of rice bran)
  • Water :                        2 liter

Direction for use:

  • Make sure the tank is large enough (at least 3 times larger than the solution to be ferment).
  • Ferment for at least 24 hours (stir well occasionally).

  • Filtered rice bran can be reprocess in the fermentation tank till dissolved or pulverize them into liquid.
  • Make sure the pond D.O. is above 5-6 ppm at all time.
  • Once the turbidity of the pond reaches 30 cm or less, stop applying FRB and maintenance at 30 cm throughout the cycle.
