Red CapTM
- Replaces of toxic chemical treatment.
- Reduces the turbidity in water.
- Competitive exclusion against pathogenic bacteria.
- Enhances higher alkalinity and mineral from input water.
- Reduces sticky protein foam.
- Eliminates suspended solid in water.
- Enhances higher survival rate.
- Works in fresh and seawater.
Application for water treatment for larvae rearing tank (LRT) and Broodstock:
High turbidity, low alkalinity, low minerals and high vibrio load:
- Add 2-4 grams of Red CapTM per ton of water with strong aeration for at least 48 hours prior prior to use the water.
Low turbidity, moderate alkalinity, minerals and moderate vibrio load:
- Add 1-2 gram Red CapTM per ton of water with strong aeration for at least 24 hours prior prior to use the water.
Check for alkalinity, mineral and vibrio plate count before and after.
Artemia hatching tank (enhances hatching rate):
- 1-2 gram per tank
Green CapTM
- Reduces sticky protein foam.
- Improves transparency of pond water.
- Reduces the formation of zoothamnium.
- Helps complete the nitrogen cycle, lowering TAN ammonia, nitrite and nitrate.
- Competitive exclusion against pathogenic bacteria.
- Reduces suspended solid, BOD/COD, thereby increasing dissolve oxygen in situ.
- Reduces water exchanges.
- Works in fresh and seawater.
Application during rearing stages:
Zoea stage:
- 0.5 gram per ton of water.
Mysis stage:
- 1 gram per ton of water.
Post larvae stage:
- 1-2 gram per ton of water.
- The application rate may vary, depending upon an organic accumulation from the system.
Zoothamnium:
- 2 gram per ton of water.
- If problem still exist, can repeat the same application rate the next day.
White CapTM
- Starter for single cell protein.
- Establishes biocolloids in situ prior to new stocking zoea cycle.
- Creates Synbiotic (prebiotic and probiotic ) in situ.
- SCP can be fed for zoea, mysis and post larvae feed until juvenile stage.
Single Cell Protein (SCP) Feed for zoea till juvenile.
Set up the SCP fermentation facility.
- Tank size : 10 cum3
- Wheat Flour : 200 grams (20 ppm)
- White CapTM : 1 gram (5 gram per 1 kg of wheat starch)
- Water : 1 liter
Direction for use:
- Make sure the tank is large enough (at least 3-5 times larger than the solution to be ferment).
- Ferment for at least 24 hours (stir well occasionally).
- Filter well and broadcast throughout the tank while aerations on.
- Feeding can be done by two meals per day i.e early morning and evening.
